Often first thing in the morning, I have a hydrate and energise together in a big mug - I really like it around getting exercise done and continue with the day ahead. I’m trying to train myself to have a relax when I can sit down with the tv in the evening if I’m at home. I endeavour to fit in a clarity cup around the day when I’m at home.
I have always struggled to find a relaxing tea that doesn’t have an overpowering camomile taste. Finally I’ve found it! Relax tea is simply gorgeous, so warming and relaxing. Perfect.
I first started with the relax tea, I love the smell and taste, those cinnamon tones just give me that arhhhh feeling. I have to say, it is my favourite and the one I often go to if I’m having a busy day and just want 10 mins to myself.
I don’t have a set routine with the blends, I use them as and when I feel I need them. If I’m having a really tired day I reach for energise, if I know I’m doing a lot of exercise that day, I reach for hydrate. I generally drink the blends hot, but will also drink them when they have gone cold and they taste just as good.
I love all 4 of the Mother Cuppa Teas
And couldn't choose a favourite, it all depends on the time of day. But I do start every day with Energise.
I share them with friends and also on Yoga and Retreat Days I run. You just can't compare them to other herbal tea brands, the flavours, thought and skill that have gone into these is brilliant ❤️

I love taking a moment to sit with a mother cuppa tea it’s really been helping with my hot flushes and I’ve managed to cut my caffeine intake as well, definitely a staple in my day :)
First introduced to these teas at a farmers market and have since placed online orders so I don’t run out (they’re that lovely!).
I love both clarity and hydrate. Delicate flavours with no overpowering anything that refresh perfectly. Also both are lovely as a cold drink.
Clarity for me during the day and hydrate in the evenings.
I purchased the wellness collection so I could try all of the blends and I’m really impressed!
All the teas taste amazing and have really helped me to cut down on my caffeine intake and have helped ease my hot flushes too. Will definitely be purchasing more :)

This is my second purchase of the 4 pack of teas and they’re all just so lovely!! I find each one has its place during my day and I’ve definitely cut down on regular tea and coffee since finding Mother Cuppa.
