I came across Mother Cuppa on a women event. "Energising" is my favoutite blend. It does exactly what it says without causing an extrem energy spike as black coffee does. I am still drinking coffee, but rather for enjoyment than for getting energized, as I am happy with this tasty natural tea :-)
