Cosy Club is a gorgeous virtual yoga experience that takes place every month (on the first Thursday) in the comfort of your own home. You don't need any experience of doing yoga to join. The yoga practice we do is very gentle and mostly floor based and is really designed to just unwind and release tension and stress from the body.

We do some calming and relaxing breathwork, meditation and of course relaxation. I also weave in some inspiring, uplifting quotes and poetry.

The only rules of cosy club are 1. Wear something comfy and cosy, 2. create a lovely relaxing space for yourself, 3. only do what feels good and 4. relax and enjoy. A chance, once a month, to stop, to step away from the busy-ness of life and to replenish your nervous system.
