I run a specialist automotive recruitment consultancy, and I also have a one-bedroom holiday cottage in Olney, which I manage. And of course, Mother Cuppa Tea is a big part of my life. I love helping people find their dream job, I love helping ladies with their hormone imbalance, by sharing Mother Cuppa with them, and I love getting the cottage ready for our wonderful guests to enjoy. All very diverse jobs, but all give me joy.

I have an intolerance to caffeine, so when I met Candice at an event, and she told me her story, I tried the teas and loved them. I was so happy when Candice asked me to join her brew crew. I had also lost my Mum shortly before meeting Candice, and this was just the tonic to help me move on.

I love Energise, I have two of those in the morning (from the same bag as they go far!), then for the rest of the day, I love to drink Hydrate. My husband's favourite is Relax; he has this in the evening. In my day job as a recruitment consultant, I sometimes have to have difficult conversations, so about half an hour before I do that, I have a cup of Relax. It really helps to calm my nerves. And of course Clarity is such a lovely cuppa, really helps me focus on those boring jobs like spreadsheets!
