Meet Catherine
A mum of two boys that keep me on my toes everyday! Typical day is juggling work, school runs and trying to keep a sense of calm on the chaos of motherhood. I love connecting with people and trying new experiences but especially love yoga, sound baths and a walk in nature.
Why Catherine became a Mother Cuppa ambassador
I love that mother cuppa can support all stages for women and in my own experience giving up caffeine and dairy whilst breastfeeding I wish Mother Cuppa was around (2019!) The biggest thing that made me knew why I wanted to incorporate Mother Cuppa in my work is the honesty and integrity Candice brings to sharing the benefits of the tea, not claiming they will fix all life’s problems but that they’re a great support in giving women a moment in their day.

This changes all the time! But I think if I had to choose it would be Energise and Relax. I use Energise on an afternoon slump whilst working and Relax just feels like a hug in a mug. My shoulders instantly drop when I smell this blend
