In my spare time I walk my 2 dogs (I'm a big fan of the outdoors!!) and help my Daughter with her young horse. I also love a good podcast and a gritty crime novel!!

Ah, this is like asking which is your favourite child! But if I had to choose - Clarity is my go-to blend, all day every day! I drink it throughout the day - fresh and fruity - it gives me focus when I need it most. But I'll also take Hydrate to the gym with me too - I'm not great at drinking water and the Hydrate blend makes this so much easier - and enjoyable!
