I’m Emily, proud to be part of Mother Cuppa’s Brew Crew. I’m a lover of all things that help women feel well, supported, and seen.
My work is all about people. I run events, workshops, and pamper sessions that bring women together to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. Adding Mother Cuppa to what I do felt completely natural — it’s another way to help women feel nourished, balanced, and cared for, whether they’re navigating hormones, stress, or simply the everyday juggle.
A typical day for me is a mix of family life, running my Airbnb annexe, supporting my Tropic team, and chatting with customers about what they need. I’m often found with a cup of tea in hand (usually Hydrate in the morning, Relax in the evening), answering messages, prepping for events, or creating little moments of calm for others. I love the variety — no two days look the same, and that keeps me inspired.
What lights me up most is connection. I love hearing women’s stories, understanding what they’re going through, and helping them find products and rituals that genuinely make a difference. Whether it’s someone discovering a blend that finally helps them unwind, or a guest at one of my events leaving with a glow and a smile, those moments are everything.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me walking locally with our dog, planning our next family trip, or getting stuck into a creative project. I’m happiest when I’m bringing people together, making spaces feel welcoming, and sharing things I truly believe in.
Being a Mother Cuppa Ambassador means I get to do more of what I love — supporting women, building community, and championing products that are made with care and intention.
