Meet Jackie
I work within a family health and social care business and have a great passion for wellness. My journey has shaped me into someone who transforms life's challenges into strength, healing and empowerment not only for myself, but for others. I am passionate about personal development, sharing inspiration through meaningful content and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported and encouraged to rise. I am a yoga instructor, menopause champion and an advocate for women's wellness. My typical day starts with either practising or teaching yoga then off to my day job of a Chief Operations Director for a family owned business.
