Hi, I’m Lauren – a Personal Trainer, women’s wellbeing coach, and Specialist Instructor in Cancer & Exercise Rehabilitation. I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, confident and capable at every stage of life, whether that’s navigating menopause, rebuilding fitness, improving health, or simply finding joy in movement again.I’ve spent years working with women who are juggling busy lives, changing bodies, stress, family responsibilities and the pressure to “have it all together.” My approach is realistic, supportive and rooted in the belief that health isn’t about perfection – it’s about feeling good in your own skin, building strength for life, and creating habits that actually fit your lifestyle.A typical day for me is a mix of coaching clients, teaching classes, planning workouts, answering messages, doing admin with a cup of tea in hand, and trying to keep life organised around family life and the kids. No two days are ever the same, which is probably why I love what I do.When I’m not working, I’m usually walking, training, dreaming up new ideas, or enjoying the simple things – fresh air, movement, laughter and, of course, a really good cuppa.That’s one of the reasons I love Mother Cuppa. For me, tea is more than just a drink – it’s a little ritual in the middle of busy days, a moment to pause, reset and breathe. Whether it’s after a workout, during a catch-up with a friend, or five minutes of peace before the next thing, those small moments matter.Life can feel hectic, but I truly believe strength is built in the everyday moments – and sometimes that starts with movement, mindset… and a lovely cup of tea.

I became a Mother Cuppa, primarily for the love of the brand and Candice! But also because the Brand's ethos is so closely aligned with both my business and my own personal perspective on women's health and wellbeing.

Energise - with regularly 5.30 am starts and then a busy, active day working with my clients, Energise is my number one go to blend and has helped me kick my way too regular coffee habit!!
