Meet Nicola
I am a full-time yoga teacher, running 7 classes per week, plus workshops and retreats. I am Mum to 2 lovely teenage girls, and we live with hubby Alan and an assortment of pets including 2 hens and a dog. I also co-own a yoga studio in my home town, and I train people to become yoga teachers. I love spending time with my students on and off the yoga mat, as well as walking in nature with the dog.

I've found Mother Cuppa tea very helpful in supporting my wellbeing since I met Candice at The Happy Place Festival in 2023. I'm always keen to share anything I'm finding beneficial with my friends and students, and it makes sense to me that I'm offering high quality herbal teas at my events and trainings.
