Supporting people is at the heart of everything I do. As a
full-time HR Manager, I’m passionate about helping others grow, feel empowered,
and thrive—both professionally and personally. Alongside this, I’m currently
training as a menopause coach so I can better support women navigating this
often-overlooked life stage with compassion, knowledge, and confidence.

I’ve always been drawn to a more natural, holistic approach
to wellbeing. Whether it’s discovering gentle remedies, unwinding at a sound
bath, or enjoying the benefits of reflexology, I truly believe in taking time
to nurture both body and mind.

My journey with Mother Cuppa began at a
menopause tea tasting workshop, where I met Candice, the founder. From that
very first sip, I was hooked. I immediately bought a set for myself and another
for a friend—because when something feels that good, you want to share it! So
when I saw the Ambassador program launched, it just felt like the perfect fit
and I knew I had to apply.

I love being able to introduce others to these beautiful
blends and the small, meaningful rituals they bring to everyday life.
