I'm a personal trainer, Pilates and fitness coach and I love supporting midlife clients to get stronger inside and out for their future self. I'm post menopause and know how moving my body has helped me with my symptoms, sanity, to re-focus and calm my busy brain and boost my mood. My other jobs are wife, mum, to two girls who are at university and dog mamma to our Welsh Terrier. I retrained at 50 to become a personal trainer and set up my own business after 12 years in education. I love walking with family and friends, getting outside in nature, sunshine and the amazing community of clients I have the joy to work with every day. I'm a Yorkshire lass who loves a good brew. I like a strong cup of tea but love herbal tea and after discovering and trying Mother Cuppa haven't looked back! It's perfect as caffeine free and the taste is so much better than shop bought herbal teas.

When I find something this good I have to share it with others and being a brew crew member is exactly how I can do this.

I like all of the blends but my favourite is Clarity. I reach for Clarity after an early morning start mid afternoon or when I need to focus. It really does work. I have a brew of Hydrate after a workout and Energise if I also need a bit of a pick me up. Relax is part of my evening routine to create calm before bed.
