Hydrating cold brew
Ingredients
- 1 Hydrate tea bag
- Litre of mineral or tap water
- Half a sliced apple
- Lemon juice
- Ice
Garnish
- Sliced apple
- Raspberry
Directions
- Pour boiling water over your hydrate tea bag and leave to steep.
- Pour this into a jug and add mineral or tap water to make 1 litre.
- Slice half an apple and rub lemon juice over each slice, this will prevent it going brown in the drink. Add to the jug of tea.
- Leave in the fridge to cool. 4-6 hours. The longer the better so overnight would be perfect
- To serve, remove the soaked apples slices and pour into a tall glass with plenty of ice.
- Add slivers of fresh apple slices and raspberry into the tea to garnish.
